After forty years living happily in the same home, we decided to move closer to family. Finding the perfect Real Estate adviser to sell our home in Queens was fairly simple once we remembered the Folan name. It has been a presence in our area for many years, starting with Ann Folan and now her daughter, Maureen. A neighbor’s home on our street was sold by Maureen Folan a few months earlier, making the decision less challenging.
