DON’T SIMPLY GOOGLE IT! There is too much noise on Google and that results in too much inaccurate information being taken in. 

Instead, talk to someone who is a professional and is experienced in the field. There are many factors that go into calculating the mortgage payment and what works for one person may not work for another. Find someone who is reputable and they will guide you in the right direction.
