Zillow Zestimate is based on statistics of recent market data and matching this with user submitted data to get an approximate evaluation. But many other factors such as interior conditions, upgrades, renovation and more are not taken into consideration. As the homeowner, no one will know better what upgrades and repairs were made to your house.
Instead, consider hiring an actual professional agent to take a long time. By choosing someone who is experienced in the field, you can receive a more accurate appraisal before listing your home for sale. Afterall, everyone would want to have the best selling price for their home.
