In the past month, I’ve put 10 homes 🏡 under contract in Queens County. The average real estate agent sells 2-3 homes a year. Those homes range from $748k - $1.3m. I can’t share with you the actual sold prices as it hasn’t become public information yet But out of those 10 homes:
🏡 4 sold over asking price
🏡 3 sold for full list price
🏡 3 sold a little below list price
Averaging my 100% list to sales price. Just yet proving that the real estate market in Queens is still remaining strong💪🏽. This would be impressive a few months back, but this is incredible considering the recent market shift.
