Here are the advantages of selling during the winter.

Despite all the arguments against selling the winter, it is not completely true and this is why:

  • Any buyers that are willing to come out during the winter are more serious and more qualified for purchasing the home

  • With lower supply and less competition, your home is more likely to catch someone’s eyes

  • When the deal is finally closed, it is around spring time, when the weather is warmer and more ideal for moving
